WARRANTY
PROLOOK’s limited lifetime warranty, as part of our total quality assurance program, insures that the original purchaser receives defect free, top quality components and workmanship in their PROLOOK Sports uniforms. This limited warranty covers products manufactured by PROLOOK Sports Corporation.
PROLOOK Sports Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that its uniform product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the natural life of the garment, subject to normal wear and tear.
Should this garment become defective during the warranty period, simply return it to the place of purchase together with your dated proof of purchase (sales receipt or copy thereof). PROLOOK Sports Corporation will, at its option, either repair or replace, without charge, any item determined to be defective.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from chemicals, fire, misuse, accident, improper care in cleaning including use of chlorine, fabric softener, harsh detergents, heat drying or negligence. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the covered products and is not transferable.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY PRO LOOK SPORTS CORPORATION (OR ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER OR OTHER SELLER) FOR THE COVERED PRO LOOK SPORTS CORPORATION PRODUCTS, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
PRO LOOK SPORTS CORPORATION’S LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF COVERED PRO LOOK PRODUCTS SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO PRO LOOK SPORTS CORPORATION’S OBLIGATIONS AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRO LOOK BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING ANYWAY IN CONNECTION TO PRO LOOK PRODUCTS OR THEIR SALE OR USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INJURY TO PERSONS, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR INCONVENIENCE.
VICIS
For products purchased after April 3rd, 2020, VICIS warrants (1) the ZERO2 LODE Shell, VICIS RFLX, and ARCH Shell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, and (2) attachment hardware, jaw pads, liners and VICIS Eye shields to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment, not including normal wear and tear.
For products purchased prior to April 3rd, 2020, VICIS will continue to warrant attachment hardware, jaw pads, liners and VICIS Eye shields to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment, not including normal wear and tear or scratches.
Please contact VICIS Customer Support with any questions. To make a warranty claim, contact VICIS and request a warranty authorization form, including proof of original purchase, and place and dates of reconditioning by messaging VICIS Customer Support.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE VOIDED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS:
The helmet has had repairs or alterations which modify the helmet in any way, including, but not limited to, removing warning labels, altering any material to make room for a communication device, drilling holes in the ZERO2, painting the helmet, and/or using unauthorized cleaning agents.
Any replacement parts not approved by and/or purchased from VICIS were added to the helmet.
The helmet was reconditioned by anyone other than VICIS or an authorized VICIS reconditioning facility.
The helmet was not reconditioned at least once every two years at an authorizedVICIS reconditioning facility.

VICIS EDGE SHIELD BY OAKLEY® WARRANTY OVERVIEW
All VICIS Eye shields are warranted against manufacturer defects for one year from original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from VICIS. Lenses are not warranted against normal wear and tear, including scratches. In the case of a warranty claim, VICIS will replace the Shield at no cost.
